TD4 Low Speed Centrifuge Common Failure Analysis
1. After the power is turned on, the control panel displays normal, and the cooling fan works normally. When the start button is pressed, the intermediate relay does not work and the centrifuge does not work. According to the analysis of the fault phenomenon, the power supply part should be normal, and the fault should be in the control board and the circuit to the motor, carbon brush and motor. Turn on the centrifuge, use a multimeter to measure the continuity of the circuit from the control board to the carbon brush, and then measure the continuity of the carbon brush to the motor rotor, and the measured motor coil is normal. After starting up, use a multimeter to measure the non-voltage output of the wire from the control board to the motor. It can be judged that the fault should be on the control board. The intermediate relay does not work. The fault should be on the control circuit that controls the intermediate relay. Eliminate one by one, and find C9013 on the control board. The triode breakdown, the new C9013 triode is worse, troubleshooting.
